I'm always looking for freelance web developers. Although, most of the freelancers we look for are all just programmers, not designers. Some are OK with that, some aren't.

What would you prefer?

To be honest, I didn't read through your entire resume, as it's pretty long. But I did notice that there is no Flash on there. Can you do AJAX that imitates Flash?
